About David
David Henry has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1991 and has played a pivotal role at Morgan & Morgan, P.A. for over twenty years. Before joining the firm in 2003, he served as a partner at a highly regarded insurance defense firm in Tampa. He holds Board Certification as a Civil Trial Lawyer, a distinction held by fewer than 6% of Florida attorneys. He graduated from Florida State University with a B.A. in 1982 and from Stetson University College of Law cum laude in 1991, where he was a member of the Stetson Law Review. He also served as a Federal Judicial Intern for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Kovachevich, Middle District of Florida.
