About Steven
Steven Overbay is a Medical Malpractice Attorney born and raised in Orlando, Florida. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida and his Juris Doctor from Barry University, where he received several book awards for earning the highest grades in his class. Steven began his legal journey at Morgan & Morgan as a law clerk during law school, learning under seasoned trial attorneys Jack Cook and Kevin Butler. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in April 2025. Outside the courtroom, he is a devoted family man, a die-hard Florida Gators fan, and a passionate airplane enthusiast.
