About Jack
Jack T. Cook is a partner in Morgan & Morgan's Medical Malpractice Department specializing in Birth Injury litigation including birth trauma, birth defects, brain damage, brachial plexus injuries, and stillbirth. In 2021, he was named Managing Partner of Morgan & Morgan's Birth Injury Trial Group. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, he represented physicians, physician groups, and hospitals before devoting his practice to representing injured patients and their families. He has been recognized by Martindale Hubbell with an AV-Preeminent Rating and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the National Trial Lawyers Top 100. In 2021, he received ALM's inaugural Trialblazer Award. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served in over 40 countries, and is also an accomplished singer and actor.
