Tyler Mastin was born and raised in Powell County, Kentucky. He received his B.A. from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky in 2013, with a focus in Business Administration, and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky in 2016. He is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He spent his first five years at Garcia & Artigliere in Lexington representing the elderly in nursing home negligence and medical malpractice matters. He joined Morgan & Morgan's Lexington, Kentucky office in 2021 and primarily focuses on Nursing Home Abuse and Wrongful Death litigation.
