Scott T. Borders is a Tampa-based trial attorney at Morgan & Morgan. Born in Tampa in 1962, he earned his B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of South Florida in 1984 and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 1987. He began his career in 1988 representing consumers and injured individuals. In 1997, The Florida Bar granted him Board Certification as a specialist in Civil Trial Law, and he holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He was admitted to the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2008. He joined Morgan & Morgan in January 2000. His practice focuses on medical negligence and catastrophic negligence cases.
