Erby J. Fischer is the Managing Attorney of Morgan & Morgan's Birmingham, Alabama office, which he joined in January 2021. Raised in Fort Payne, Alabama, he attended Troy University and the University of Alabama School of Law, earning his J.D. in 1996. He opened his own practice in Tuscaloosa before moving to Birmingham, where he has represented plaintiffs for more than 20 years. His practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury with an emphasis in commercial vehicle crashes and products liability, as well as complex litigation and insurance fraud.
