About Amir
Amir Isaiah is a partner in the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group and manages the firm's Restructuring, Insolvency and Receivership practice. He has served as a court-appointed fiduciary for over 35 federal and state courts in cases involving various industries. He holds dual Master of Laws degrees in Taxation and Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law, and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator. He was honored by the South Florida Legal Guide as a 2020 Top Lawyer in South Florida. Amir also serves as an adjunct law professor at the University of Miami School of Law and Florida International University College of Law.
