Benjamin A. Webster is the co-managing partner of the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group and a trial lawyer who specializes in handling business litigation on a contingency fee basis. He is a Board-Certified Specialist in Civil Trial Law. His practice is currently focused on professional liability claims and claims for unpaid commissions. He has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients through jury verdicts and settlements. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Benjamin practiced at Baker & Hostetler, LLP.
