Jean Sutton Martin is a lead attorney in Morgan and Morgan's Complex Litigation Group. For more than 20 years, she has concentrated her practice on complex litigation, including consumer protection and defective products class action. She has considerable experience in data breach cases, including appointments as interim co-lead counsel in multiple high-profile cases. In 2016, she was selected by her peers as the top Litigation attorney in North Carolina for Business North Carolina Magazine's Legal Elite. She has been honored with the prestigious 'AV' rating by Martindale-Hubbell and inducted as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America in 2015.
