About Ronald
Ron Podolny is a Lead Attorney in the Complex Litigation Group of Morgan & Morgan PA. He joined the Complex Litigation Group after practicing for 15 years in Canada, 10 of which were dedicated exclusively to representing plaintiffs in class actions and mass torts. At Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Podolny's practice is focused on representing plaintiffs in class actions arising out of data breaches, defective consumer and pharmaceutical products, misleading advertising, misconduct by financial institutions, and other matters. He has been appointed to Plaintiffs' Executive Committees in several major litigations. Mr. Podolny has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law and Osgoode Hall Law School. He is admitted to practice in New York and Ontario and practices in Morgan & Morgan's Tampa office.
