About Michael
Mike Moran started his legal career as an award-winning Assistant State Attorney at the State Attorney's Office in Jacksonville where he was a prosecutor from 1996 to 2001. In 2000, he won the 10th Annual Jury Trial Award by trying 24 solo felony jury trials in one calendar year with a near 100% conviction rate. Since 2001, Mr. Moran has specialized in personal injury and wrongful death cases, including auto negligence, tractor-trailer negligence, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, negligent security, product liability, and medical malpractice. He has achieved numerous million-dollar jury verdicts, including the largest personal injury verdict in the history of Baker County, Florida, a $9.4 million verdict. Mr. Moran is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, an honor attained by less than 2% of all attorneys in Florida, and is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.
