Jim Biggart is the managing partner of Morgan & Morgan's offices in Charleston, Hilton Head and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. With nearly 30 years of experience in the courtroom, Jim has collected jury verdicts and settlements totaling over a hundred million dollars for his catastrophically injured clients in cases involving serious automobile collisions, wrongful death, trucking accidents, and other personal injury cases. His legal career began in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps at Naval Base Charleston, South Carolina. He received his BA from the University of Florida and his JD from the University of Louisville, and studied at Oxford University in undergrad and law school.
