About Ashley
Ashley B. Winstead was born and raised in East Tennessee. She graduated cum laude from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and earned her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law. She began her career at a nationwide insurance defense firm focusing on defending large corporations and insurance companies. In 2012 she became a partner with the defense firm. In early 2017, she joined Morgan & Morgan where she uses her defense experience to represent individuals and families who have been injured due to the negligence of others. She was named a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine in 2016 and 2017.
