About Sarah
Sarah A. Foster is a Trial Attorney in the Jacksonville, FL office of Morgan & Morgan. A native Jacksonvillian, she attended the University of Florida and then Florida State University College of Law. She gained early experience at the Public Defender's Office and as a judicial clerk at the circuit court level and the First District Court of Appeal. After law school, she worked at a large insurance defense firm representing insurance companies, big box stores, dentists, and nursing homes. She joined Morgan & Morgan and has settled into the Premises Liability department, litigating cases involving slip and fall, trip and fall, dog bites, and other injuries occurring on another's property.
