About Clark
Clark J. Bolton is a whistleblower attorney at Morgan & Morgan's Tampa office with over 35 years of professional experience. He brings firsthand whistleblower experience, fraud investigative expertise, and legal acumen to his nationwide practice. He was one of four whistleblowers in a landmark $137.5 million health care fraud settlement between WellCare Health Plans and the U.S. Department of Justice. He holds B.S., M.A., and J.D. degrees, and has held the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation for more than 20 years. A proud U.S. Army veteran, he served ten years beginning as an Airborne Infantry Pathfinder Sergeant. He is admitted to practice in Florida State Court and all Florida Federal Districts and has appeared pro hac vice in numerous whistleblower fraud cases across the nation.
