About Juan
Juan R. Martinez is a member of Morgan & Morgan's Public Client practice group, representing state attorneys general and public entities in litigation and investigations, and whistleblowers in federal and state false claims actions. He attended Florida State University, studying international affairs and economics, and then Emory University School of Law, where he served as managing editor for the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review. Before law school, he served in the United States Army. He has experience litigating complex matters in state and federal courts, including MDL, and plays a prominent role representing the Commonwealth of Kentucky and other municipalities in opioid litigation. He is on the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee for Insulin Pricing Litigation (MDL 3080).
