About Tim
Tim Fox is a former Montana Attorney General (2013-2021) who joined Morgan & Morgan's complex litigation unit to focus on supporting state, territorial, and District of Columbia attorneys general, tribal governments, and other government clients on complicated litigation matters. He served 7.5 years on the Executive Committee of the National Association of Attorneys General and was the Association's President in 2020. He received the prestigious Kelley-Wyman Outstanding Attorney General Award in December 2020. He earned his B.A. in Geology, J.D., and M.A. in Public Administration from the University of Montana. He is a proud U.S. Army veteran who served in special operations units. His broad law practice spans environmental, insurance defense, product liability, real estate, regulatory, banking and financial services, and personal injury law.
