About Samantha
Samantha J. Spandau is an attorney in Morgan & Morgan's Medical Malpractice and Nursing Home Negligence Department based in Orlando, FL. Originally from South Florida, her passion for advocating for victims of medical malpractice started at a young age when her sister was born with a brain injury due to medical negligence. She graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a major in legal studies and graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2021, where she served as Executive Notes Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and received the Pro Bono Excellence Award. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, she was a medical malpractice law clerk, a Certified Legal Intern in the Special Victim's Unit at the 8th Judicial Circuit State Attorney's Office, and a prosecutor for the 8th Judicial Circuit.
