About Jerry
Jerry Berkhalter is an experienced attorney based in Morgan & Morgan's Orlando, Florida office. Originally from Georgia, he graduated cum laude from Valdosta State University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice in 2006 and earned his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2010, also receiving a certificate for Advanced Research, Writing, and Drafting. Early in his career, he worked with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Inc. He joined Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in 2012, focusing on Personal Injury and Social Security Disability. He is a member of the Florida Bar, admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and affiliated with The National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives and the American Bar Association.
