Richard A. Vitale has 20 years of experience in administrative law and civil litigation. He has won more than 1,000 disability cases in Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, West Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois. His track record includes rendering more than 1,500 decisions for the Social Security Administration as a disability adjudicator. He received the 2013 Commissioner's Meritorious Service Award from the Kentucky Cabinet for Health & Family Services. His experience includes federal appellate litigation in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Supreme Court of Kentucky. He was an editor and author for The Brandeis Brief and Urban Action public policy journal.
