Francesca Kester Burne is a nationally recognized class action attorney with experience in data privacy and security, consumer protection, environmental disasters, and defective product litigation. She earned her J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University's Dickinson School of Law and clerked for two years for the Honorable James M.
