J.C. Daniel was born in Dawson, Georgia and joined the Savannah office of Morgan and Morgan to fight for justice for clients who have been harmed by medical errors. He is an accomplished litigator with thirty years' experience and sixty plus trials, including fifteen years of experience in handling the defense of cases against physicians, nurses, hospitals, and nursing homes. He recently served for three years as General Counsel for a hospital. He is rated AV preeminent by Martindale Hubbell and has twice been named a Georgia Trend Legal Elite.
