About Yair
Yair Shalom Bengio was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from The City College of New York (CUNY) in 2019 before returning to Florida to pursue his J.D. at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating cum laude in Spring 2024. During law school, Yair developed a passion for advocating for individuals against powerful corporations, particularly in personal injury and premises liability cases. He interned for Judge Robert W. Lee, the Administrative Judge for Broward County Court, and gained hands-on litigation experience as a clerk in personal injury and products liability cases in Broward County. He now focuses on personal injury, premises liability, and slip and fall cases at Morgan & Morgan's Miami office.
