About Trevor
Trevor Peck is a dedicated personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan's Alpharetta office, where he specializes in premises liability cases. Born and raised in San Diego, California, Trevor later moved to Georgia to attend law school at the University of Georgia. During law school, he earned CALI awards for the highest grade in Constitutional Law II, Federal Income Taxation, and Property, and was honored with the John C. O'Byrne Award for Excellence in the Study of Taxation. Following law school, Trevor built a successful career representing foreign and domestic insurers and their insureds in the defense of complex and catastrophic claims, routinely handling cases involving claims in the seven-, eight-, and nine-figure range. After having children, he left his partnership at a national insurance firm to dedicate his career to advocating for injury victims. Now, as a premises liability attorney at Morgan & Morgan, he fights for individuals and families seeking compensation.
