About Ward
Ward Ballerstedt was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He obtained his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Kentucky, then attended the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree in 2006. He has spent nearly his entire legal career practicing workers' compensation law in Kentucky, beginning in insurance defense which gave him a unique perspective in representing injured workers.
