About Tania
Tania Ogden is a native Floridian who grew up in Tampa, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida State University and attended Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa. Ms. Ogden began her legal career in 1993 representing Debtors in bankruptcy court in Broward County and Dade County. After 3 years, she changed directions and began her career in workers' compensation in 1996, representing employers and insurance carriers for 6 years. She served as Mediator for Judge Jack Weiss for 5 years and as an adjunct professor at Ave Maria Law School, teaching Workers' Compensation. Ms. Ogden has devoted herself to representing injured workers for over 15 years and is bilingual, speaking Spanish fluently.
