About Will

William (Will) Warihay is an Attorney handling workers' compensation claims out of the Morgan & Morgan Atlanta office. He attended Elon University, where he received his undergraduate degree in Political Science, then attended Elon University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 2010. While in law school he served as an Executive Member of the Moot Court Board and was awarded the David Gergen Award for Leadership and Professionalism. Will has been specializing in workers' compensation and employment law since 2010, served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Elon University in North Carolina, and since 2014 has worked as a Lecturer at Georgia Tech teaching trial practice. He is a Director on the Board for the American Mock Trial Association (AMTA) and served as President of the Board of Directors from 2018-2020.
