About Andre
Andre F. Ducote was born in Lafayette, Louisiana, but raised in Jackson, Mississippi. He attended the University of Mississippi, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree with emphases in History and English in 1992, then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1995. He is licensed to practice before all Mississippi state and federal courts. Since joining Morgan & Morgan in 2010, Mr. Ducote's practice became devoted to workers' compensation, representing injured workers before the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission and the United States Department of Labor, Longshore and Harbor Workers' Division. He has also served as President and de facto legal counsel for the former Heritage School and as a faculty member for National Business Institute.
