About John
Hutch Pinder is a fourth generation Florida native who attended Florida State University and Stetson University College of Law where he earned dual J.D. and M.B.A. degrees. He has tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Pinder began his legal career working as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit. In 2009, Hutch accepted a position with a highly regarded boutique civil trial firm to try cases against tobacco companies and other large corporations. Hutch is a past President of the St. Petersburg Bar Association. The Florida Bar has recognized Mr. Pinder as a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, an honor given to less than 2% of all attorneys practicing in the State of Florida. Hutch has been recognized on multiple occasions as one of 'Florida Super Lawyers.'
