About Frederick
Fred Rispoli began his law career at one of the largest corporate law firms in the country, focused on representing large corporations in healthcare litigation. He then worked at a large plaintiffs firm specializing in representing those catastrophically injured by nursing home abuse, before starting his own law firm. He joined Morgan & Morgan and now works primarily on premises liability cases. Fred is a seasoned trial lawyer, recently securing a $2M+ verdict on a medical malpractice client in 2022 and multi-million dollar confidential trial settlement in 2023. Prior to law school, he taught seventh grade science in South Central Los Angeles. Fred is licensed to practice in both California and Arizona state and federal courts as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.
