About Brian
Brian McClain was born in Cleveland, Ohio on November 30, 1969. After graduating with honors from Indiana University's School of Business with a B.S. in Marketing, he attended law school at Nova Southeastern University on scholarship, graduating cum laude in 1995. He moved to Orlando and worked at a prestigious law firm focusing on personal injury defense and music entertainment law, eventually becoming a Partner. In early 2007, he joined Morgan & Morgan as head of the Insurance Dispute Department in Florida. Mr. McClain currently represents people injured due to another's negligence and continues to represent musicians, songwriters, producers and managers in the music entertainment industry. He has been honored with the prestigious AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
