About R.
R. Walker Garrett is a lifelong resident of Columbus, Georgia, graduating from St. Anne Pacelli School. He graduated from Huntingdon College in 2007 Magna Cum Laude, with a degree in Political Science. He graduated from Mercer Law School in 2010 with a J.D. and a Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research and Drafting. He joined a boutique litigation firm specializing in catastrophic injury and FELA litigation before joining Morgan & Morgan in August 2018. He is licensed in state and federal courts in Georgia and Alabama as well as the Eleventh Circuit. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and has served on the Columbus City Council. He has received multiple community awards and is passionate about literacy, charity, and community service.
