About Colin

Mr. Losey graduated from Rice University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2018 and received his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School in 2021, where he received pro bono honors and participated in the Mandel Legal Aid Clinic. He began his legal career clerking on Maryland's highest court and also clerked on the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, he worked for law firms in D.C. and Michigan representing businesses. He is a published author, publishing "Distinguishing Distinguishing" in the Green Bag in 2023, and has co-authored articles on brain-machine interface and stroke rehabilitation.
