David R. Stechow is a trial lawyer representing clients in complex litigation matters involving personal injury claims resulting from premises liability, construction deficiencies or fire and explosions in residential, commercial and industrial settings. He has appeared before numerous state and federal trial courts throughout the country and has successfully tried cases before judges, juries, and arbitration panels. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan in 2024, Mr. Stechow worked for a large Midwest law firm for nearly 25 years, primarily representing builders, contractors, management companies, manufacturers, and suppliers. He is a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) and has been selected by Best Lawyers in America for Construction Law, Construction Litigation, and Product Liability Litigation. Since 2016, he has been the lead author of Construction Accident Litigation, published annually by Thomson Reuters.
