About Joshua

Josh Taylor is a second generation Jacksonville native with a passion for upholding the rights of others. He graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Business Administration in 2002 and received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Florida State College of Law in 2006. Josh started his career as an Assistant State Attorney with the 4th Judicial Circuit State Attorney Office in both Duval and Nassau County. After leaving public service, Josh practiced commercial litigation for several years before working for one of the largest insurance defense firms in Florida. He then switched sides to represent the injured. Josh was selected as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers from 2012-2020, an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of lawyers in Florida.
