About Josh
Josh Autry chairs Morgan & Morgan's Mass Tort Law & Briefing Group, which prepares motions, briefs and appeals for the firm's class action and multidistrict litigation. For more than sixteen years, Mr. Autry has litigated cases in state and federal courts, trying fifteen cases to jury verdict and orally arguing thirty appeals. He has also taken more than three hundred depositions. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Autry has represented both plaintiffs and defendants across a wide range of practice areas including commercial litigation, products liability, railroad, employment, medical malpractice, nursing home, legal malpractice, civil rights, copyright, insurance coverage, and criminal defense. He graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 2008 and Liberty University in 2005.
