About Kimberly
Kimberly Horsley is a member of Morgan & Morgan's Mass Tort Law & Briefing Group, preparing motions, briefs and appeals for the firm's class action and multidistrict litigation. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, she practiced at one of the world's largest law firms in Los Angeles and one of Michigan's largest firms in the Detroit-metro area. She has handled complex civil litigation, supply chain, education, social security, labor and employment, and criminal matters. She clerked for the Hon. James L. Ryan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and has served as a law clerk for five federal judges and one state court judge. She graduated summa cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2001 and was named 'Best Female Graduate' by the National Association of Women Lawyers.
