About Adam
Adam Bergeron is an attorney in the Mass Tort Law & Briefing Group at Morgan & Morgan where he works on behalf of plaintiffs in multi-district litigation and class actions. His primary objective is to move cases to trial by defeating motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment and Daubert motions, and he also works on appeals in the federal circuit courts. Notable cases include MDL against e-cigarette maker Juul, MDL against social media companies for mental health injuries, MDL against GLP-1 RA drug manufacturers, MDL against Proton Pump Inhibitor drug makers, and litigation against Lockheed Martin for toxic chemical exposure. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, he was a partner at a Vermont firm managing the personal injury practice. He graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2007 and received the Super Lawyers Rising Star Award from 2014 to 2021.
