About Benjamin
Ben McClure is a workers' compensation attorney at Morgan & Morgan's Atlanta office. After many years serving his community in law enforcement, he put himself through college at Kennesaw State University and law school at Emory University while simultaneously working and raising a family. After law school, he initially represented employers and insurers in workers' compensation matters before joining Morgan & Morgan to fight for injured workers. He prides himself on a no-nonsense brand of lawyering and is always willing to do the hard work to most effectively advocate for his clients.
