About Joseph
Joseph Odato is a native of New York City where he earned his degree from St. John's University School of Law. He received his B.B.A. from the City University of New York, Baruch College in Finance and Investments. Prior to law school, Mr. Odato served three years in the United States Army. After being honorably discharged, he worked in the financial services sector in New York City. He primarily represents employees with employment issues including wages, compensation, and discriminatory practices. Today he devotes himself exclusively toward representing injured workers for workers' compensation claims.
