About John
John D. McBride is a highly accomplished attorney based in Spring Hill, FL, where he brings his extensive expertise as a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney. With an AV Preeminent rating, John is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the federal court for the Middle District of Florida. He is also a proud member of the prestigious Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forums. Originally from New York, John earned his degree in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of New Haven. He began his career with an engineering firm, where he played a vital role in the design and redevelopment of the World Trade Center post-9/11. John later moved to Florida to pursue his law degree at Stetson University College of Law. After graduation, he joined the Pinellas County State Attorney's Office, where he honed his trial skills by trying over 40 cases, including first-degree and capital felonies. John's career then took him to one of the largest insurance companies in the U.S., where he successfully defended complex and high-value auto negligence cases. Beyond his legal achievements, John has always been passionate about helping others. As a former firefighter and EMT, he was part of the disaster relief team that evacuated and served New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
