Jessica Carrier

Jessica Carrier grew up in Puerto Rico and moved to Miami, Florida with her family in the early 1980s. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University located in Bloomington, Indiana in December of 1998. Jessica received her Juris Doctorate in May of 2002 from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, with a Concentration in International Law and Business.
