Ephraim Jacob ('E.J.') Fink has been litigating in the courts of Connecticut and New York for 25 years. E.J. got his start after law school as a CT Superior Court Judicial Law Clerk. He spent several years at two of the country's largest insurance defense firms defending general liability, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, property damage and environmental control board violations. He also spent several years representing individuals in personal injury claims, family law/domestic disputes, estate work, employment, education and business litigation.
