About Nicholas
Nick Fusco is a dedicated workers' compensation attorney who represents injured workers throughout New York State. He graduated magna cum laude from SUNY Albany in 2005 with a degree in criminal justice and graduated from Albany Law School with honors in 2009 while serving on the Albany Law Review. Since 2012, Nick has successfully represented thousands of injured workers in workers' compensation claims, with clients working in both the private and public sectors in fields including law enforcement, construction, education, health and human services, and retail.
