Tiffany M. Troutt is a personal injury attorney in the Titusville, Florida office of Morgan and Morgan, P.A. Born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in the Space Coast, she graduated from Titusville High School and later attended the University of Central Florida for Legal Studies before earning her Juris Doctor from Barry University's Dwayne O' Andreas School of Law in 2019.
