Abbey received an Associate Degree in Accounting from Belmont Technical College in St. Clairsville, Ohio in 2011, and a Bachelor of Science majoring in Health Services Administration, cum laude, from Ohio University in 2014. After receiving her bachelor’s, Abbey moved to Columbus, Ohio to attend Capital University Law School. She received her Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in January 2018, where she graduated magna cum laude and with pro bono legal honors.
