Todd D. Pechar

Todd Pechar has been practicing collections law with the firm for over 20 years. Since 2015 Todd has been named Special Counsel to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost for the Medicaid Recovery Program. He is Special Counsel for Fairfield, Pickaway, Hocking and Perry County. In 2018, he became the President and Managing Partner of Stebelton Snider.
