About Adam
Mr. Nael is an associate principal at Nauts, McKinney, Dwaihy & Beach PLLC, focusing primarily on medical malpractice defense litigation. Mr. Nael returned to medical malpractice defense after spending fifteen years as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Oakland County. He spent years as a special prosecutor assigned to the special victims section; representing vulnerable victims of child sexual assault, domestic violence, and elder abuse. Mr. Nael has successfully tried countless jury trials, helping the victims of crime find justice. As a result, Mr. Nael is uniquely at home in the courtroom with a familiarity of all facets of litigation.
