Adam Strachan

Adam Strachan is an owner and managing partner whose practice focuses on trial and appellate work. He has defended numerous ski resorts in Utah and other clients in a variety of cases, trying many before judges and juries, and arguing before the Utah Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. Notable results include a defense verdict in a wrongful death case and a $2 million recovery in a contract dispute.
