Aimee Eberst, Esq. has over 20 years of experience as a litigation attorney. She has practiced in criminal law, workers’ compensation, bodily injury, premises liability, and first-party property, from inception through trial. She also served as Corporate Counsel for a national corporation, specializing in regulatory affairs, employment law, and litigation management. Currently, she focuses on bodily injury claims and bad faith litigation. She enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband Jon, golden retrievers Jax and Jake, and her horse Tally.
